Payment for coaching and consulting, well-being services and our all products is due in the advance of the scheduled appointments or before product delivery. Payments can be made through our websites or by contacting us directly. All coaching, consulting, trainings services and products payments are non-refundable.

All payments made in relation to membership, courses, books, eBooks, coaching, all services and products are processed via PaySafe. They are an independent gateway partner and their terms and conditions should be consulted at link here.

All credit card payments will be processed in UK pound sterling at the time of payment.

By applying for membership and/or services and/or products you agree to us passing your details, via a secure medium, to this third party in order to complete your application and payment process.

We are not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or credit card companies. 10. Refunds and cancellations

10.1 Digital learning services/courses and products

In the unlikely circumstance that a training series is cancelled or postponed, a full refund will be given to you.
In the unlikely circumstance that a webinar within a series is cancelled or there are severe technical issues, a pro rata refund of the series price will be given to you.
Provided you cancel your booking within three days of the first webinar in a series taking place, we will refund you and apply an admin charge of 20% of the original price paid.
We do not give refunds for non-attendance as recordings of the webinars are available.
Assumption of risk by client – all services are availed entirely at the client’s risk.
Declaration of non-liability – we shall not, under any circumstances, be held responsible or liable for any monetary investments or losses incurred by the client.
Refunds from third-party advertising platforms – to the best of our knowledge, digital advertising entities, including but not limited to Google, Microsoft, Bing, Facebook, YouTube, Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok, do not typically offer refunds on expenses related to advertisements, clicks, budgets etc. Once funds are committed, it is highly unlikely that they will be returned irrespective of the validity or circumstances of your claim. It is important to understand that these platforms are inflexible in matters of refund requests or service issues, including but not limited to, loss of investment or unexpectedly high charges for clicks and placements.
Advisement on responsible investment – our clients are strongly advised not to allocate any amount of funds towards PPC services it they are not in a financial position to absorb a total loss of this investment with no return, results, revenue, or profit.
Disclaimer of assured outcomes or expected results – we explicitly declared that we do not offer any guarantees or assurances in terms of result or outcomes. It is beyond the scope and ability of digital marketing professionals and agencies to provide such guarantees.

11. Entry to the trainings, coaching, consulting and courses

We reserve the right to refuse entry and or participation in trainings, coaching, consulting and course sessions at any time.

12. Free 15-minute consultations

We can only offer two free 15-minute consultations per client (company). If you require more, to use our service further you are required to buy some hours to use it for your services.

13. Hyperlinks

Any links must be made in a way, that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, you must not establish any link in such a way that suggests any form of association, approval or endorsement of Agsut Creation Limited, where none exists. The website must not be framed on any other website, nor may you create a link to any part of our website other than the website. Agsut Creation Limited reserves the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. 21. Force majeure

21.1. Force majeure is in any case (but not exclusively) understood to mean: malfunctions or failures of internet, data, network, electricity and telecommunication infrastructure and facilities, widespread cyber-attacks, cybercrime, network attacks, (D)DoS attacks, power failures, defectiveness of goods or software of which you have prescribed the use to the Supplier, any act of God, lightning or fire, domestic disturbances, government measures, mobilization, war, terrorist attacks, obstruction in transport, strike, lockout, lockdowns, business disruptions, stagnation in supplies, unavailability of one or more staff members (due to illness), epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters, solar explosions, import and export barriers.

21.2 The party suffering the event of force majeure shall not be deemed to be in breach of these term and conditions or otherwise liable to the other party for any delay in performance or any non-performance of any obligations (and the time for performance shall be extended accordingly) if and to the extent that the delay or non-performance is due to an event of force majeure.
