We are doing this because we know how many professional people (and not only) are afraid of showing their true, authentic faces and presenting their businesses from a unique place, coming from their hearts and minds, in the online space called digital marketing. We want to change that and be your partner in this transition when your fake mask is slowly fading away, while your true, and authentic self is emerging by bringing to the light your purest nature of being an imperfectly perfect human being.

Our mission statement is that we are all imperfectly perfect and unique human beings transforming a digital marketing space for the benefit of all.

DMalip's journey

DMalip was established in 2023 by Paulina Wasiak in London, UK. Paulina has always been passionate about digital marketing and has over 19 years of professional experience across more than 10 different industries, and has collaborated with more than 135 global brands. She has been in the digital marketing field since it was not yet as popular as nowadays, but very powerful. Yet at that time, people, as well as companies, were putting real effort and hearts into it, compared with most recent times, where lies and low energies are spread almost everywhere online.

After her most recent role as a Global Head of Digital Marketing at Euromoney PLC, when she was managing more than 25+ global brands, she decided to establish her own boutique digital marketing agency, and became the CEO of DMalip, where she follows her core values, and believes such as honesty, transparency, and integrity, led by spiritual aspects. She has always been excited and fascinated by adding real value to people's lives and their businesses. She believes that the real value of digital marketing has been used in the wrong ways, especially in recent years. She wants to transform digital marketing for a better space for the benefit of all.

Paulina is also a digital marketing main tutor, and most recently she delivered two digital marketing boot camps, one provided by MSFDN and the second one for Study Academy Digital Marketing Skills Bootcamp, Ladies in Tech Excellence (LITE). Supported by Birmingham University and the Greater London Authority.

Paulina is also a Reiki healer; she established her own practice in 2021 called Reiki2Day, as well as a book author of the Job Search Journal. She is also a Lucid Dreaming teacher.

Almost two decades of experience in digital marketing, coupled with her Reiki Universal energy practice, spirituality, and being a Lucid Dreaming teacher, bring a unique perspective into the digital marketing space. In her personal life, she is passionate about spirituality and energy work, she is also an Argentine tango dancer. She loves going to the Himalayas. Origins of DMalip's brand name

Before establishing our business trading name, we looked at Google's top SERPs (search engine results pages) to determine how enterprises describe digital marketing. Most described digital marketing as analytical, learning new things, innovative, creative, and patient. Looking at those results, we had a lot of fun coming up with the idea of DMalip as our business brand name (you can see the illustration below to see how it presents itself). As you probably have already found out above, everything in our Universe is about energy and frequency. Every number, colour, shape, etc., represents different meanings and resonates at various frequencies, we follow that with our branding and everything we create. DMalip’s logo meaning

Now, it's time to present you the meaning of our brand logo and why it's so unique and important to us. You are probably already excited to learn more about it, the same way we were while creating our brand logo.

DMalip's logo embodies cosmic symbolism, conveying unlimited possibilities and a spiritual connection, which is part of our core beliefs. It incorporates elements of the moon (yin - feminine) & the sun (yang - masculine). The emerging light suggests our visibility in marketing, new ideas, and positive energy. At the same time, the semicircular burst alludes to the letter D-igital our core focus. The entire graphic of our logo also forms the shape of the globe, indicating our global reach. Meanwhile, the central element resembles an astronaut’s helmet, us being ready for an exploration into new territories. The suggestion of space and using gold visually adds depth and sophistication to our logo. A stylish typeface with strong geometric, full-bodied letterforms completes the simple emblem of our brand.

The Luna Moth insect may be considered one of the most spiritual and mystical spirit guides. They are born, they transform, they love, they die, and they are reborn again. Neptune's planet governs the mystical realm. It's named after the god of the sea (Poseidon is his counterpart in Greek mythology). Neptune is the planet of inspiration. It is the higher octave of Venus. Neptune brings beauty to a higher, more spiritual level. It also holds sway over dreams, the subconscious, illusions, fantasies and all things magical and enchanting. Neptune intensifies intuition and teaches us to be deeply compassionate. Neptune is connected to the third eye chakra, symbolizing awareness and psychic ability.
