What is included in the DMalip’s Phone support package
- This package is for those who need regular phone support with their digital marketing activities on a daily basis.
- In this package, you can select from 1 up to 12 months of our phone support.
- In each week you can have up to 10 calls with us, a maximum of 60 minutes each.
- The maximum number of calls with us per month is limited to 40 in this package.
- All phone calls must be used within the month(s) for which they were purchased. For example: if you bought one month of phone support with us, all calls needs to be used within one month. If you bought two months of our phone support all calls need to be used within two months. If you bought three months of phone support, all calls must be used within three months, etc.
- Our phone support is mostly run by Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp platforms or any other preferred by our clients.
