We have seen and experienced many things in this field (some good, some bad, as in life). We believe in the Human to Human (H2H) approach to digital marketing above all. The DMalip journey
DMalip was established in 2023 by Paulina Wasiak in London, UK. Paulina has always been passionate about digital marketing and has over 19 years of professional experience across more than 10 different industries. She has collaborated with more than 135 global brands. She has been in the digital marketing field since it was not yet as popular as it is nowadays, but was already very powerful. Yet at that time, people, as well as companies, were putting real effort and their hearts into it. There was a different feeling around digital marketing, with people creating, connecting and putting meaning into what they were doing.
Over the years, Paulina saw the digital marketing landscape change. She believes that the real value of digital marketing has increasingly been used in the wrong ways, especially in recent years, with lies, low energies and a growing focus on numbers sometimes taking priority over the people behind them. She wanted to create something different. Something that brought the human element back to the centre of digital marketing.
After her most recent role as Global Head of Digital Marketing at Euromoney PLC , where she managed more than 35 global brands, she decided to establish her own boutique digital marketing agency and became CEO of DMalip. DMalip was created from her desire to add real value to people’s lives and businesses while staying true to her core values of honesty, transparency and integrity, guided by spiritual principles.
Paulina is also a main digital marketing tutor. Most recently, she delivered two digital marketing boot camps, one provided by MSFDN and the second for Study Academy’s Digital Marketing Skills Bootcamp, Ladies in Tech Excellence (LITE). Both were supported by the University of Birmingham and the Greater London Authority .
Her journey does not stop with digital marketing. Paulina is also a Reiki healer. She established her own practice in 2021 called Reiki2Day , and is also the author of the Job Search Journal . She is also a Lucid Dreaming teacher.
Almost two decades of experience in digital marketing, coupled with her Reiki Universal energy practice, spirituality and experience as a Lucid Dreaming teacher, bring a unique perspective to the digital marketing space. These different parts of her life are not separate from who she is professionally. They are part of the perspective she brings to DMalip and to the way she sees people, businesses and the digital world.

The story behind the DMalip name
Before establishing our business trading name, we looked at Google’s top SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages) to understand how enterprises describe digital marketing. Most described digital marketing as analytical, focused on learning new things, innovative, creative and patient.
Looking at those results, we had a lot of fun coming up with the idea of DMalip as our business brand name. You can see the illustration below to discover how it presents itself.
As you have probably already found out above, everything in our Universe is about energy and frequency. Every number, colour, shape and so on represents different meanings and resonates at various frequencies. We follow this philosophy in our branding and everything we create.

Now, it’s time to share with you the meaning behind our brand logo and why it’s so unique and important to us. You are probably already excited to learn more about it, just as excited as we were when creating our brand logo
DMalip’s logo embodies cosmic symbolism, conveying unlimited possibilities and a spiritual connection, which is part of our core beliefs.
It incorporates elements of the moon (yin, feminine) and the sun (yang, masculine). The emerging light suggests our visibility in marketing, new ideas and positive energy. At the same time, the semicircular burst alludes to the letter D, representing Digital, our core focus.
The entire graphic of our logo also forms the shape of the globe, indicating our global reach. Meanwhile, the central element resembles an astronaut’s helmet, symbolising our readiness to explore new territories.
The suggestion of space, together with the use of gold, adds depth and sophistication to our logo. A stylish typeface with strong, geometric, full-bodied letterforms completes the simple emblem of our brand.
