What is included in the DMalip’s Email support package

• This package is for those who need regular email support with their digital marketing activities daily.
• In this package you can select from 1 up to 12 months of our email support.
• In each week you can send us up to 20 emails.
• The maximum number of sent emails to us per month is limited to 85 in this package.
• All emails must be used in each month. This means that for example, if you bought one month of email support with us, your email allowance needs to be used within one month. If you bought two months of our email support all email allowance needs to be used within two months. If you bought three months of email support, all email allowance must be used within three months, etc.
• We do our best to respond to all your emails within a maximum of 24 hours.
